ABSTRACT

Uterine myoma is a benign tumor of the most common gynecological. The incidence of myoma uterine in Indonesia found 2.39% - 11.87, approximately 20% - 25% of women of reproductive age (Joedosaputro, 2005). Miomectomi may be worked on submukosum myoma, 25% - 35% still require hysterectomy (Kusmarjadi, 2008). Cysts are fluid-filled sac means, the number of events in women of productive age (Handayani, 2010). Surgery in ovarian tumors are not malignant neoplastic tumor is usually accompanied by the removal of the fallopian (salphyngoooforectomi) (FK UNRM, 2009). According to data from the Hospital Medical Record RK. Caritas Palembang occurrence rate of cases of myoma uteri in 2007 as many as 114 cases, 104 cases in 2008 and in 2009 46 cases, the occurrence rate of 2007 cases of ovarian cysts 58 cases, in 2008 45 cases and in 2009  51 cases, whereas the incidence of cases of hysterectomy salpingo oophorectomy in 2007 62 cases, 71 cases in  2008 and in 2009 75 cases.

In the provision of midwifery care in this case expected to be able to browse all the health problems of her clients both the bio-psycho-social, capable of holding a midwifery service implementation of principle with the right mindset, the proper care, practice the correct procedures and documentation proper care  based on systematic step that applied in seven steps Varney's midwifery management. The method of writing a scientific paper this is by using methods of descriptive writing on literature review or library research. From the results of care that was given on day five patients discharged in healthy condition, a bandage on the wound clean and dry, from the Laboratory of Pathology (PA) showed microscopically an impression that is not found signs of malignancy in the case of Ms. "S" with myoma uteri and ovarian cysts. Although patients had limitations (deaf and speech impaired), it does not impede the provision of care to patients, this is because there is good cooperation between the patient's family, patients and health workers in providing care and duration of patient care in accordance with the approximate duration of treatment and patient picked up by the family home in healthy condition.
